We are committed to providing a first-class lighting maintenance service. We’re proud that one of the major maintenance projects N.R. Hardy & Co has been involved with for many years, with 20,000 lighting assets, has achieved near-100% performance at 98% lights-on.

Our planned preventative maintenance support includes the scheduled inspection of lighting assets together with condition reports to highlight any remedial work required. We’re also on hand to provide a rapid response to emergencies and jobs raised by remote monitoring systems and scouts. As well as these regular inspections, we undertake annual testing in line with the 6-year test cycle.

All our electrical engineers have experience of reporting using paper and iPad systems. Electronic record-keeping can fit in with your commitment to operate paper-free systems.
